Top Engineering Videos – Veritasium

Veritasium has a great mix of science and engineering videos – featuring everything from experiments, interviews, demos, and discussions about everything science.

Veritasium is run by Derek Alexander Muller who is an Australian-Canadian science communicator, filmmaker, and inventor.

In January 2011, Muller created the educational science channel Veritasium. He has appeared live on stage with Neil deGrasse Tyson, Michio Kaku, Space station commander Chris Hadfield, and he co-hosted the 2017 March for Science on the Washington Mall.

Veritasium is a combination of the Latin word for truth, Veritas, and the suffix common to many elements, -ium.

This creates Veritasium, an “element of truth”!
