Pregnancy test developed to predict likelihood of twins or miscarriage

A British company has developed a test that can advise on the likelihood of a health birth or twins. Inspired by IVF treatment, the test measures a urine sample and then uses a complex set of algorithms to work out the likelihood of miscarriage. The firm’s founder, Stephen Butler, says “we want to inform parents of their potential success of having a healthy child”.
