Biology not chronology reveals your true age

Scientists say they have found a new way to measure how old you are biologically rather than chronologically. Swedish researchers believe that a good indicator of biological age is a simple blood test.

The study, published in Nature, showed how scientists developed “protein profiles” from different protein types in the blood and information about specific lifestyle choices. This enabled them to accurately predict the ageing process as well as other factors like a person’s height and weight.
