Volkswagen stock plummets after emission fixing scandal

Technology made by Volkswagen which measures car emissions has proved to be extremely inaccurate, and in fact measure only a small fraction of the vehicle’s total emissions. Almost 11 million cars across Europe and the United States may need to be recalled, as the company’s boss has apologized. As the scandal goes on, the reputational damage done to the global manufacturer is only getting worse.
