The podcast is a response to Neil’s experience as an engineer, where he had initially struggled with public speaking, inundating his audience with data, graphs, charts, and every buzzword he could muster.

The podcast shares his own experiences at mastering public speaking through trial and error, constructive feedback, and self-reflection, as he talks to other STEM professionals about their own strategies in communicating and teaching STEM subjects.
