SpaceX – tech mogul Elon Musk’s rocket company – has released an incredible new supercut on Instagram of its historic booster landing.

Since the dawn of the Space Age, the boosters used to lift craft into orbit have only been good for scrap the second after their engines are ignited.

That all changed on March 30 when SpaceX achieved the first-ever full reuse of a Falcon 9 boosters.

The next step will be when SpaceX debuts its reusable (but more powerful) Falcon Heavy launch system this summer.
