Business Secretary announces boost to UK innovation

Business Secretary Sajid Javid celebrated the UK’s position as a global innovation leader at Innovate UK’s annual conference. He announced a new national panel of innovation expertise and a regional review of the UK’s science capabilities to strengthen Britain’s prospects of securing greater innovation. The panel would help direct funding and improve the outcome of public investment.
