Nano-magnet breakthrough could revolutionize computers

Researchers in California have found a way to reverse the polarization of tiny nano-magnets, without changing the magnetic field as is usually necessary. The advances could significantly reduce the amount of energy used by computers, as well as increasing the speed at which they make calculations.
