Scottish civil engineers want greater say on Government policy

The Institution of Civil Engineers Scotland (ICE) wants the industry to have a greater say in the Scottish government’s energy policy. ICE wants the Government to outline how it will fill the gap created by cuts to electricity-generating capacity and is calling for a national debate on how Scotland can ensure long term capacity of supply.
