New report highlights lack of graduates going into engineering jobs

Only half of engineering graduates end up in professional engineering jobs, according to a new report by the Royal Academy of Engineering. It shows the variety of backgrounds and experience that engineering graduates have, which leads them to take lots of different career paths. The report also claims that regardless of what university they went to, graduates are equally likely to get a job in engineering.
