Government pledges research funding for CCS project in Grangemouth

The UK government has pledged £42 million for R&D funding for the proposed Carbon Capture and Storage power plant in Grangemouth, Scotland. The funding, allocated by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), will be used to undertake industrial research and feasibility tests.
