Mechatronic systems and electric motors specialist, Brose, has recruited 300 new people to work on the company’s new £35m factory in Coventry. Once fully completed, the factory will be creating more than 500,000 lightweight rear seat systems annually for Jaguar Land Rover. The 300 new jobs means the company now employs 900 people and the new factory will mean the company could potentially double its production capacity in the UK. The factory will be one of the most advanced in the Brose Group.
