ScienceClic English is the English version of ScienceClic, a French physics channel created by Alessandro Roussel. The videos are translated from French and narrated in English by Octave Masson.

Each video tackles a big idea in physics in around 11 to 16 minutes. Topics include relativity, black holes, quantum physics and string theory. The channel is known for its carefully built simulations, which show what the equations mean rather than just stating them. A newer series covers the basics, such as waves, sound and temperature.

Some highlights include:

This video simulates what a traveller would actually see when moving close to the speed of light.

The channel has over 950,000 subscribers.

Physics is the foundation of aerospace, electrical and mechanical engineering. ScienceClic helps students build a mental picture of hard ideas, which makes later maths much easier to follow. Its simulations also show how computer modelling is used to explore physics. It suits A level physics students and anyone heading towards a physics or engineering degree. The basics series on waves, sound and heat is a gentle place for younger students to start. It covers topics that appear in GCSE physics.
