Lib Dems make low-emission vehicle pledge

Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has pledged £100m of Government money for any manufacturer that creates a low-emission vehicle that makes the top five selling cars in the UK. This followed on from another pledge to ban petrol and diesel cars by 2040.
