Hybrid Air Vehicles raises £1m from crowdsource funding

British company Hybrid Air Vehicles has raised £1m in funding for its Airlander range of airships, such as the Airlander 10, which is able stay airborne for up to five days. The project, supported by Innovate UK, is expected to reach a funding target of £2 million – having already raised £9m from its 150 existing shareholders.
