Exercises can help reduce blind spots

It appears that we can expand our visual field using certain exercises, such as staring at patterned dots. A new study reported that the participants accuracy and size of their blind spots shrunk by about 10%. The hope is that this will have profound benefits for people suffering with visual impairments such as age related macular degeneration.
