By providing resources and support, we hope to foster a community of STEM communicators who can effectively convey the importance and excitement of these fields to young people around the world.

Grant Overview

Creative Control and Selection Process

We believe in the importance of creative freedom and editorial control for our grant recipients.

As a content creator, you will have the autonomy to develop and produce STEM content that best showcases your unique style, expertise, and vision. The ERA Foundation will not be directly sponsoring or influencing the content itself.

However, it is essential that the proposed content aligns with the ERA Foundation’s mission of promoting STEM education and engagement, particularly in Engineering. We want to support content creators who share our passion for inspiring and educating the next generation of engineers and innovators.

When reviewing grant applications, our selection process will focus on identifying proposals that demonstrate the following:

  1. A clear understanding of our mission and goals
  2. Innovative and engaging approaches to presenting STEM content
  3. The potential to reach and impact a broad audience, particularly young people interested in Engineering
  4. A well-defined plan for content creation, marketing, and distribution
  5. The ability to deliver high-quality content within your proposed timeframe

While we will not sponsor or dictate the content itself, we will work closely with the selected grant recipients to ensure that their projects stay true to the spirit of the “Born to Engineer STEM Digital Communicator” grant.

Our goal is to support existing content creators who can effectively communicate the excitement and importance of STEM subjects to their audience.

By providing this grant, we aim to empower content creators to produce inspiring and educational STEM content that will help shape the future of Engineering and related fields. We are excited to see the unique perspectives and creative approaches that our grant recipients will bring to this vital mission.
